Самотоварещите се ремаркета от серията EUROBOSS на POETTINGER са предназначени за малки и средни по размер стопанства и съчетават в себе си най-новите и усъвършенствани технологии в производството на самотоварещи се ремаркета.

Серията е представена от пет модела, всеки от които с различни модификации. Товарният капацитет варира от 25 до 37 куб. см. Подходящи са за трактори с мощност от 60 до 110 к.с.

Controlled pick-up

On the BOSS 3000 pick-up, the 5 tine carriers are controlled by a steel cam track. This design has the following advantages:

Slightly trailing tine angle for better contour tracking without scraping the ground
Active forage transfer to the loading unit by using the full length of the tine
Tine dips down at a right angle to prevent the forage from being drawn in
Less combing of the forage due to lower speed for better chopping quality (fewer lengthwise stalks)
Low speed causes less ejection - reliable crop collection driving downhill
Maximum conveying performance at high driving speeds
Reliable intake, even in difficult harvesting conditions

Driveline

PTO speed – BOSS 3000
The SUPERMATIC unit is driven at 540 rpm as standard. 1 rpm PTO speed is also available, especially for loading zero grazing rations with a front mower. The maximum power transmission is limited to 110 Hp.

PTO speed – BOSS 3000 MASTER
The drive train on the BOSS 3000 MASTER is designed for up to 130 Hp. The PTO speed with the EVOMATIC loading unit is 1 rpm as standard.

PTO shaft
The PTO shaft has a wide angle joint at one end and a cam-type clutch which protects the drive train from overload. The PTO shaft guard is clamped onto the input gearbox on the loader wagon. Due to the profiles on the protective tube, no chain is required at the tractor end to prevent it rotating.

Chain drive
The loading unit is driven by a strong 1¼" roller chain. A tensioner ensures optimum chain tension and a long service life with minimal maintenance. The chain tension can be easily read on a clearly visible scale.

Chain greasing
The drive chain greasing system extends its service life enormously. That is why a grease pump with reservoir is installed as standard. The filling level can be easily checked on the front panel. The grease is precisely applied to the chain by 2 brushes. The grease pump is adjustable and is actuated each time the pick-up is lifted.

Pick-up drive system
The pick-up is driven by the speed-regulated driveline from the loading unit on the right side of the machine. Because it is driven by V-belt, no greasing or maintenance is required. The driveline is engaged and disengaged smoothly by a sliding clutch.

No-compromise chopping

Thanks to the modular chopping system, the BOSS is easy to configure to meet your requirements. The knives are each protected against foreign objects.

The knives can be swung out mechanically, or hydraulically as an option for multiple knife chopping systems.
